The plan set is missing a site plan. Submit a full site plan. The plan set lists this project on Sheet A-1.0 as a ‘New Detached Studio.’ The submitted Compliance Certificate from REScheck.Web describes the project as a ‘Guest House.’ The kitchen indicates the structure qualifies as a sleeping quarters. While the project may be both sleeping quarters and a studio; Site Zoning needs clarification and the documents need to reflect this. 3. Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on responses to zoning review comments and plans submitted for the next review.
