The submitted documents were incomplete and a thorough plan review could not be performed. Please be aware, new comments may arise with the next review. Review will not proceed without the response letter. COMMENTS: 1. Because there was a fire in this structure, comments made in the code violation must be addressed. CE-VIO1122-00069 2. This permit should be withdrawn, and a residential alterations permit should be applied for, showing all work to be done on the structure. A suggestion would be to hire a structural engineer to assess the structure and make recommendations for repair. An architect can aid in preparing plans for review based on the engineer report. This can all be submitted together. 3. Replacement/install of electrical panel can be included in the alterations permit. 4. Please resubmit.
