Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. Comment: The site plan for your proposed pool shows a “free standing ramada” located on the northeast portion of the lot. Upon reviewing the aerials for the site, it appears this ramada was constructed sometime around 2020. Our system does not show a permit was obtained for this ramada. Please provide an approved permit for this ramada or have it permitted via a separate permit request. Site zoning is unable to approve this pool permit until a permit has been issued for this ramada.
