This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2018 International Building Code (IBC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. Provide a floor plan showing the location of the work being performed to repair all fire/smoke damage. Note any structural repairs or finishing work to be done to repair the rooms. 2. Show the ceiling gypsum board as either 5/8” or ½” sag resistant when applied to 24” o/c ceiling framing, IRC table R702.3.5 footnote d. 3. Provide an electrical floor plan showing location and assigned circuit numbers of all outlets, luminaires, switches, that were affected by the replaced conductors. 4. Provide a panel schedule showing panel size, circuit numbers, ampacity, wire size and general description, highlighting the branch circuits that have been repaired, E3404.13 & E3706.2.
