The lot size of the property is incorrect and should be correct to 11,100 square feet. Ensure the lot coverage calculations are updated to reflect the correct lot size. 2. Include the existing shed within the lot coverage calculations as well. 3. Show the location of the second motor vehicle parking space required for the principal use. The parking space required for the ADU may be shown as on-street parking, or waived if the site is within ¼ mile walking distance of a transit stop or an enhanced bike route as listed in the Bike Boulevard Master Plan (UDC 6.6.3.B.2). 4. Clarify whether the existing carport and patio awning shown on previous submittals will be demolished or will remain. If these accessory structures will remain on the site, ensure the lot coverage calculations are updated to include the existing carport. 5. Please note that the decision of DDO-23-64 will expire on August 23, 2024. A new DDO application will be required if TC-RES-0223-02907 is not issued by the DDO expiration date.
