This includes the following comments: - Electrical Review: 1. Designate the circuit number at the location of each, receptacle, appliance, and equipment disconnect switch, E3404.12. 2. Provide an electrical panel schedule showing panel size, circuit numbers, ampacity, wire size and general description for each new or modified circuit, E3404.13 & E3706. 2. Provide a panel schedule showing wire size of each new or modified circuit or notate the wire size for each protection rating/breaker size, E3702.2. Highlight all new work and circuits. 3. Show weatherproof covers at electrical boxes in damp or wet locations such as outside, E3905.11. 4. Show one 20 AMP branch circuit in the laundry area; this circuit may not serve other locations, E3703.3 and 3901.8. - Plumbing Review: 1. Provide a plumbing plan showing all modifications to the water and sewer system due to the relocation of the appliances. 2. Show the sewer line connection from the washer to the main sewer line. 3. Notate and specify all piping materials for the sewer lines, P3002.1. 4. Notate and specify all piping materials and sizes for the hot/cold water lines, P2903.1. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received for addressing ALL comments left.
