These comments are still applicable, Include the shed in the lot coverage. Show the setback dimension from the structure to the property line. 1.COMMENT: Provide a Residential Plot Plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf. This shall in include: a. Lot coverage calculation that meets the requirements of UDC Article 6.4.3 & the example shown on the residential plot requirements. (Lot coverage must include vehicular use area whether improved or unimproved) B. Setback dimensions. (From property line to structure.) 2.COMMENT. Remove the easement on the west portion of the site. This comment is still applicable, provide the height and square footage of the play structure, Per UDC 6.6.2. The standards of this Section 6.6.2 apply in all zones to buildings used for accessory uses , except as noted in the following: A structure if five feet or less in height and ten square feet or less in area, such as a doghouse, a refuse container enclosure, or play equipment.
