The parcels at 950 and 972 W Silverlake meet the Unified Development Code definition of a site: "The land area consisting of a portion of a lot, an entire lot, or contiguous lots, not including dedicated public property, designated for development as a single entity." Because the two lots share an access point, and there are a total of 4 units, a Development Package is required. The Development Package must be approved before the building plans can be completed by zoning.
