This site is located within the R-2 Zone (UDC 4.7.9). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10.

RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed.

1. Twp site plans were submitted, what appears to be a landscape plan and another that does not show the southern area of the lot. Both site plans are missing information required for a Site Zoning Review and appears to be a landscape plan only. Please use the following link to find a site/plot plan example and the required items for your next submittal:

k. The correct Lot number corresponding to the correct address. The materials submitted (the site plan that was cut off) indicates that this was to be a review for Lot 2 addressed as 380 E Corona Rd, rather than Lot 4, which is addressed as 374 E Corona Rd.
