Resubmit revised drawings with a detailed response letter stating how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. COMMENT: The proposed plans show a 3’rear setback. Based on the PAD-15 Plan document (Table F: Residential Development Standards; page 63) a single-family detached residence (without a rear alley) requires a minimum 10’ rear setback. However, the Tentative Plat (DP22-0027) shows a 3’ rear setback for the 80’x35’ Typical Lot Detail (page 15). Clarify the discrepancy between the Tentative Plat and the Plan document. If the intention is to have a 3’ rear setback for this block of houses, a revision of DP22-0027 is required.
