A duplex is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10. 1. COMMENT: Per UDC Article 3.3.3.7.a, until development package (DP) TD-DEV-0824-00228 is approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve this permit. 2. COMMENT: The submitted site plan shall be a copy of the stamped approved DP and the proposed duplex shall be clearly marked. 3.
