A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Please correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. The Response Letter provided in this resubmittal package is dated 9/03/25, prior to the last zoning review completed on 9/19/2025. The response letter was written in future tense. Submit a current response letter explaining how you have met the most recent review comments. 2. The resubmittal submission for TC-MDP-0625-00321 is incomplete. Comment 1 from the 9/19/2025 zoning review has not been addressed: “Per UDC Article 3.3.3.7.a. until development package (DP) TD-DEV-0824-00228 is approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve this permit. Please ensure the DP has been approved prior to resubmittal of TC-MDP-0625-00321. 3. Zoning Review Comment 2 has not been addressed: “The submitted site plan shall be a copy of the stamped approved DP and the proposed duplex shall be clearly marked.” Please provide these documents. 4. Submit the most recent construction plans. Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on responses to zoning review comments and plans submitted for the next review.
