Based on approved lot line reconfiguration documents dated September of 2005 there has been an additional parcel created, 106-04-203C. Provide approved land split documents that created parcel 106-04-203C. This parcel does not meet minimum lot size for a R-3 zoned parcel, 5,000 sf, UDC Table 6.3-2.A.
