This site is located in the R-1(RCP) zone (LUC 2.3.4). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (LUC 2.3.4.2.A.3) subject to development regulations in Sec. 3.6.1 & 3.5.7.1.E & .F. 1. This comment was not fully addressed. The documentation shall include all parcels along the western edge of the entire plat. Provide documentation that clearly demonstrates that 50% of two (2) story single family residences has not been exceeded along the west boundary of this subdivision, see rezoning #C9-06-07 condition 19.
