Please be aware, new comments may arise with the next review. 1. To complete this building permit package, please include a copy of the structural calculation and drawings for the 9 ft chain link fense which includes the barb wires. Please submit a complete package to include the documents already submitted. 2. To complete this building permit package, please include a copy of the structural calculation and drawings for the 12 ft tall Screen Wall for the New Switch Yard enclosure. Please submit a complete package to include the documents already submitted. 3. Please submit and obtain a permission/approval from the State of Arizona Manufactured Housing Department (you can call them at 602-771-1000) if they would allow you to use that particular office trailer for your particular use at that particular site. You will have to submit the drawings and all necessary documents to the state for their review. Should they agree with you, they will seal the drawings signifying their approval and they will also issue a document of approval like a building permit to you. You will be required to submit the state sealed drawings and approval document as part of you building permit application to the City. Once you have your city permit, our city inspectors will come to the site and do the inspections listed in the city permit after you schedule them. NOTE: Please continue coordinating with the state allowing them to conduct and execute their inspections by scheduling their inspections with them. 4. Please coordinate with Tucson Fire Department as to their requirement in being able to enter through the gate should emergency arises. Add the requirement into the drawings such as nox boxes, etc. 5. Please resubmit. |
