A mobile home is not a permitted use in the SR zone. A manufactured home is a permitted use in the SR zone subject to use-specific standard 4.9.7.B.6. 1. (Comment) Approximate locations for the replacement manufactured homes are provided on the attached site plan, but additional details are required. Number and dimension each mobile home pad on the site plan and specifically indicate on which of the lots, this permit is tied to. Also label setback distances on all sides from the manufactured home (and any attachments, like awnings, canopies, or carports) to the adjacent structure. (Comment) This comment was not fully addressed. Although an additional document provided numbers for each new mobile home, it was not associated with the base plan. Please indicate on the base plan, which of the spaces indicated in the base map within the "Q" area (where they are all numbered with key note "4") is related to each permit/mobile home. A revised base plan with mobile home pad numbers indicated would suffice.
