Site engineering comments are as follows:
1. Please revise the location measurements for the factory-built buildings on the site plan as they do not line up with the proposed installation locations per City GIS map data.
2. Each building installation permit requires its own floodplain use permit with an elevation certificate. An accurate location is required to establish the base flood elevation, and therefore, the required height of the lowest structural member of each proposed building.
3. Please provide the proposed method of mounting and anchoring the manufactured home. This shall be in accordance with FEMA-85 regulations.
