COMMENTS:
1. We were unable to determine how the mobile home will connect to the sewer. I see the point of connection callouts on the utility plan, however none of them are in the vicinity of unit 6. Please revise your utility plan to show how unit 6 will connect to the sewer hookup, where the cleanouts will be located, as well as how the sewer connections will tie into the public sewer line on property. We will also require a sewer receipt (Wastewater User Fee) from Pima County.
2. There is no note about water connection. Please indicate if/how water will be coming from public water utility or from the onsite water tanks noted on the drawing. Please note, depending on the size, a new water tank will require a separate permit.
3. Please provide a title or purchase contract for the new mobile home to be placed.
4. Please resubmit.
