Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. This site is located in I-1 zone (UDC 4.7.29), subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.13.Q (UDC Table 4.8-5). 1. Clarify if the storage containers are temporary storage for a construction project or will be permanent on site. 2. If the containers are for temporary storage a Temporary Use Permit is required. The TUP must be approved prior to approval of this plan. TUP requirements can be found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Planning-Zoning-Applications/Zoning-Administration#section-8. 3. If the containers are for long term, permanent storage, a Development Package (DP) meeting the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites is required to be submitted and approved. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans.
