Upon successful verification that the utilities have been secured, the inspector shall record a partial approval and enter a note requesting the applicant recall the inspection item once the structure is demolished & the site cleaned up.

Upon successful verification that the structure has been removed, that the utilities remain secured & that the site is left in a safe & clean condition, the inspection items may be approved and the permit closed.

The Pima County Assessor’s effective construction date for your building or structure is 1926. The actual construction date may be earlier.
Buildings, portions of buildings or structures that are 50 years of age or older must be architecturally documented prior to demolition. Documentation will be reviewed and approved by the Historic Preservation Office before a permit is issued.
