Such open space shall be either on the same lot or dedicated for public use and shall be accessed from a street or approved fire lane. A Development Package (DP) meeting the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites is required to be submitted and approved. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans.
