Please amend architectural wall sections at foundations to clearly show the curb raising the framing 4” above the finish floor. IBC 107.2.1 2. Provide the signed and sealed structural calculations, prepared by an Arizona licensed registrant, used in the design of this project. IBC 107.2.7 to include light pole foundations. 3. Please amend the plans to provide a project specific statement of special inspections for this project, stating requirements for the special inspections and required tests. Provide an outdoor site lighting plan that meets the requirements of OLC 104.2. Show/locate the different light sources on your site plan. Number the light fixtures on your lighting fixture table and use the same number on your site plan. This will require all exterior lights to be shown on the site exterior lighting plan, including site and parking lot lights. b. List the Lighting Area per OLC (typically E3) chapter 3 and used in Table 401.1. Specify the compliance option from Table 401.1 that is being used. Total outdoor light output shall not exceed the lumen limits listed in Table 401.1. c. Show compliance with City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code with an approved lighting calculation in accordance with OLC 104.2.1, 401.2. Include all exterior fixtures on the property in the calculations. List shielded and unshielded lights in the calculation. d. Show unshielded fixtures with a maximum of 3,000 lumens, OLC 401.4. e. Show lamps with a maximum of 3500K color temperature, OLC 402.1. f. Provide the manufacturer’s specification sheets for the outdoor lighting fixtures. Include the lumen and color temperature values for each outdoor fixture type. g.
