Specify on the drawings the outdoor air required by the 2018 IMC Section 403.3.1.1 Substantiate compliance by providing calculations on the drawings which indicates the floor area (sq. ft), maximum occupant load, minimum required ventilation rate (cfm) for each occupancy, and total ventilation rate provided to the occupied space. Separate calculations by unit types. i. Provide method of Ventilation. How is O/A provided. Any other APPROVED certifying agency can be submitted. - 2018 IECC Section C403.3.2 HVAC equipment performance requirements. 3. (RESOLVED) - General - As stated in #1 of the Key Notes on Plan Sheet M1.1 CONNECT TO EXISTING DUCTWORK, CONDENSATE DRAIN AND REFRIGERANT LINES IN CEILING SPACE. CONTRACTOR TO FIELD VERIFY EXACT SIZE,LOCATION AND WORKING CONDITIONS BEFORE START OF WORK. (When and if applicable) Any and all replacement of duct work must be included in a mechanical review. Plan Review 6/4/2025 1. Plan Sheet A2.3.2 shows a laundry room which was not included in the Mechanical plans. Provide a detail on the Mechanical plans of the laundry room. Show all dryer exhaust ducts to exterior of building with makeup air and if applicable combustion air. Note #10 on the General Notes states "REPLACE HVAC EQUIPMENT: REMOVE AND REPLACE SPLIT SYSTEM; REMOVE AND REPLACE BATH FAN.
