Code reference, 2018 International Building Code (IBC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. Add notations to the plans on the site map, and line diagrams, requiring that the Site-map-placard be placed at both the PV disconnect location and at the main service entrance. 2. Clarify the “Busbar Rating” and “Main Breaker Rating” as shown on the electrical schematic sheets. The line diagram shows the CT Meter Cabinet as rated at 1,200A, while the bus bar and main breaker ratings show 400A. 3. Specify interconnection method and note it on the plans. NEC 705.12 |

Provide structural design and calculations prepared and sealed by an Arizona licensed registrant, for the installation of the ballasted solar PV system to be mounted on the roof. a. The requested engineering is to include, but not be limited to: Gravity and Uplift and Sliding resistance of the ballasted roof mount system. IBC Chapter 16. b. Provide calculations and provide construction drawings to show how the PV system will resist the wind load and remain in place.
