Please indicate on the cover page that the automatic fire sprinkler system [2018 IBC Sec. 903], fire alarm system [2018 IBC Sec. 907], and kitchen hood suppression system [2018 IBC Sec. 904.12] are to be provided as part of this project and are to be submitted as a separate permit (not a deferred submittal). 3. Please include on the cover of the drawings that special inspection is required for concrete. Also, provide City of Tucson special inspection certificate(s) with Parts A and B completed. Make sure that the owner or their legal representative signs the form. STRUCTURAL COMMENTS Sheet S2.1 1.
