This site is located in the C-1 zone (4.7.20 ). Food Service is an allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.M.1 & 5-7 and 4.9.13.O.

1. As development package (DP) TD-DEV-0423-00202 shows this portion of the building to be developed as a retail use. The DP was approved using the shopping center vehicle parking calculation. Clearly demonstrate that the entire site still meets the shopping center calculation with the proposed food service use.
