This site is located in the I-1 & C-2 zone (UDC 4.7.29 & 4.7.21). Marijuana Cultivation Location: Dispensary Off-Site Cultivation Location is a permitted use in this both zones (Table 4.8-5 & 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.9.E.2 and 4.9.13.Q 1. As there are proposed changes to the site a Development package (DP) is required to be submitted and approved prior to the fence permit. This DP shall meet the requirements of Administrative Manual (AM) 2-06. DPs are a separate submittal from the fence permit and shall be submitted at: https://tdc-online.tucsonaz.gov/#/ 2. The submitted plans do not show where the proposed fence will be located on the site. The proposed fence may be 12’ but it must adhere to UDC section 6.6.2.J In nonresidential zones , walls or fences, as permitted in Section 6.6.2.I, may exceed the height standards, provided the wall or fence complies with the perimeter yard standards applicable to buildings on the site.
