All clothes washers on plan page PL 130 will need to discharge to a lint interceptor regardless of type. -IPC 1003.6 3)., One of the 2 ice machines on plan page PP101 can't be located in the Decon room. -IPC 801.2 4). Make appropriate corrections to this depending on fire protection requirements. -Sheet FA101 shows fire alarm devices being added to an existing system. My records do not indicate there is a fire alarm at this location. Verify if the existing building has a fire alarm and make appropriate changes. -Incorrect address on title block for many of the sheets. Electrical, mechanical, plumbing, FA. Make corrections. -Code data/analysis lists IEBC. Provide an explanation as to which compliance method is being utilized for this project and why it's exempt from fire sprinklers. -You listed your occupancy type as an R2. Fire sprinklers will need to be installed throughout, IFC 903.2.8 -Install CO detectors, IFC 1103.9 if applicable. Include on drawings. |
