BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS:
DENIED
1. The "General Building Summary" table indicates the presence of non-separated mix use. However, none of the information for the other use has been provided. Additionally, it appears that the other use will be an assembly space. In accordance with Section 508.3.2 states that the allowable building area, height and number of stories of the building or portion thereof shall be based on the most restrictive allowances for the occupancy groups under consideration for the type of construction of the building in accordance with Section 503.1. That information has not been provided. Provide detailed information regarding the non separated mix use in accordance with Section 508.3.2.
2. The occupant load calculation is incomplete. There are uses other than business present. Provide a space by space occupant load calculation in accordance with Section 1004.3.
3. No egress plans have been provided for the remodeled space. Provide detailed egress plans.
