The photographs submitted verified the report. Code Inspectors Report as follows; : EMERGENCY CALL OUT BY TFD: THERE IS A 40 X 100 FOOT STEEL CANOPY WHICH SUSTAINED MAJOR FIRE DAMAGE TO THE STRUCTURE. THE CANOPY HOUSED GOLF CARTS WITH A CHARGING SYSTEM AND HAS BEEN DESTROYED. OVER 90 PERCENT OF THE STEEL STRUCTURE HAS DEFORMED, WARPED STEEL MEMBERS DUE TO THE INTENSE HEAT. THE STRUCTURE HAS COLLAPSED AND IS NOW A TOTAL LOSS ELECTRICAL: THIS CANOPY HAS PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM THAT WAS DESTROYED, ALL ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT, PANELS, CONDUCT, WIRING THAT WAS ATTACHED TO THE CANOPY HAS BEEN DESTROYED. THE MAIN DISCONNECT TO THE PV SYSTEM HAS BEEN LOCKED OUT BY TEP, THIS DISCONNECT TURNS POWER OFF TO THE 5 CANOPY'S ON THE PROPERTY PLUMBING: N/A MECHANICAL: REMARKS: PERMIT REQUIRED FOR REPAIRS. THE DAMAGED CANOPY IS SECURED BEHIND THE FENCED AREA. PARKS DEPUTY DIRECTOR WAS ONSITE. INSPECTOR: JUAN VALDEZ DATE 09/13/2022. Provide a site assessment and scope of work for necessary repairs along with sealed plans by an Arizona Registrant. |
