Epoxy anchors, Expansion anchors, Field welding, Special Grading Excavation and Filling, and structural welding. Any test not required must be noted as such and stamped/signed by the PE. 2. The steel testing field report was not included. High strength bolting was submitted. 3. Please correct the project name on the SIC. Per PD drawings already submitted, building 9 is part of phase 3, not phase 2 as marked. 4. Please resubmit.
