STRUCTURAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Conditionally Approved STRUCTURAL APPROVED PENDING FIELD INSPECTOR'S REVIEW OF THE EXISTING STRUCTURE BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1) The toilet rooms do not have a minimum toilet space width of 60" as required by section 604.3. Show the clear floor spaces outside of the door swing per section 603.2. 2) The shower and shower/changing rooms do not show the accessibility details, clear floor spaces, turning radius, etc. required by sections 304, 305, 608, 603, 803. Show all details specific to the proposed design. The accessibility details shown on page A6.0 do not match the proposed design. 3) The water heater and mop sink locations shown on the floor plan do not match the locations shown on the plumbing plans. Show the accessible space and route to the washer and dryer per section 611. 4) Include the accessibility signage details and drinking fountain details. 5) Include the HVAC balancing calculations for the supply, exhaust, and make-up air balancing and an energy code compliance report as applicable. 6) Provide emergency lighting throughout the means of egress path and in the electrical equipment rooms per section 1008.3 and 1008.3.3. MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1) The shower room shown on page M1.0 does not have an exhaust vent required by IMC Table 403.3.1.1. 2) Include the HVAC balancing calculations for the supply, exhaust, and make-up air balancing and an energy code compliance report as applicable. 3) Include the gas piping details and calculations.
