Please see the reviewer's notes on the plans. 1) The toilet rooms shown on the floor plan pages A1.0 and A5.0 still do not show the clear floor spaces and the door swing outside the spaces required by sections 603 and 603.2. The general accessible design shown on page A6.0 does not match the actual floor plans. 2) The clear floor space adjacent to the shower and door swing for the shower/dressing rooms do not meet the requirements of sections 304, 305, 603, 603.2.2, 608, and 803. Include the accessible shower details (such as roll-in or transfer type and curb height). The details on page A6.0 appear to show a curb. The controls and hand showers are to be located per section 608.4, thresholds per section 608.5, and the seat sized per section 610.3. 3) Show the accessible sign content details for the shower/dressing rooms, and toilet rooms. 4) Include gas piping details and calculations for any new gas fired appliances such as the dryer or any HVAC equipment needed for HVAC balancing. 5) Provide HVAC balancing calculations for supply, exhaust, and make-up air. 6) Page E2.0 shows the water heater and mop sink in different locations than on other pages. 7) Provide emergency lighting throughout the means of egress path and in the electrical equipment rooms per sections 1008.3 and 1008.3.3. There are several rooms with electrical panels and along the egress path that do not have emergency lighting. Electrical equipment rooms without emergency lighting: STORAGE 104, STORAGE 103, ROOM 202. Egress paths without emergency lighting: OPEN 204, LOBBY 101.
