Given the scope of work includes alteration to an existing window, Minor Historic Review is required. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS: Historic Review requires the submittal of a supplemental Design Package. As part of your Design Package, please include the following items combined into a single PDF: project description/narrative, site plan noting the area of work to be done, elevations showing existing and proposed, roof plan showing existing and proposed (with information about roof materials if any portion of the roof will be replaced), window detail, window section, photographs of existing conditions of the window and the full facade to be impacted. If you have product names/specifications/brochures, include that in your Design Package.
