The drawing index lists mechanical, plumbing, and electrical sheets; however, only the architectural sheets were provided. Ensure all sheets listed in the drawing index are included with the next submittal. 2024 IBC Sections107.2.1 2. Please submit the structural design documents, including construction drawings, details, specifications, and supporting calculations prepared and sealed by an Arizona-registered design professional, as applicable to the project scope. IBC Sections 107.1 and 107.2.1. For example, provide design for, but not limited, to the following. A. Elevator Shaft Construction including foundation, walls, connections and roof. B. StoreFront & Sloped Glazed Roof at Vestibule - Please provide complete structural calculations, manufacturer's engineering data, and detailed construction drawings for the proposed two-story storefront system, prepared, signed, and sealed by an Arizona-registered professional engineer 3. Please provide a project specific statement of special inspections for this project, stating requirements for the special inspections and required tests. IBC 107.2.1, IBC 1704, IBC 1705 4. Demonstrate that the storefront framing, glazing, connections, and anchorage are designed for applicable wind and seismic loads. Include intermediate floor supports, building attachments, mullion splices, and provisions for building movement and deflection. Identify the design wind pressures, glass type and thickness, member sizes, connection details, and anchorage requirements. 2024 IBC Sections 107.2.1, 1603.1, 1604.3, 1605, 1609, 1613, 2403.2, 2403.3, 2404.1, and 2406. 5. Please identify the manufacturer and model number of the proposed Limited-Use/Limited-Application (LULA) elevator. Provide the manufacturer's specifications and applicable technical documentation demonstrating compliance with the 2024 IBC and applicable ASME A17.1 requirements. 2024 IBC Sections 3001.3 and 3001.3; ASME A17.1, Section 5.2. 6. Please revise the plans to show the front approach pull side maneuvering clearance for recessed door at wheelchair lift. 2017 ICC A117.1 7. IBC 107.1. 6. Provide electrical load calculations, for the Main Service Panel, Per NEC 220.40. 7. Provide a line diagram showing the new equipment being added or modified, NEC 110.2, 2018 IBC 107.1. 8. Show all wiring methods in detail for all new or modified branch circuit conductors and feeders. Conductor type and conduit size/type. Note wet use requirements. NEC arts;300 and 408.4. |
