This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Building Code (IBC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. Provide an electrical plan showing any/all electrical work specific to the scope of work being done at the buildings and site. Are these all-new circuits being added or are they being moved from another sub-panel? Plans shall include (as necessary for scope of work), but may not be limited to items below: 2. Provide an updated electrical floor plan showing any new circuits being added or modified. 3. Provide panel schedules, showing the circuits that are being modified, added or removed or existing. NEC arts;300 and 408.4. Include panel bus rating and A.I.C. rating. IBC 107.1. Are these circuits in ACC-1 and ACC-2 new circuits? Are they being moved from another panel board? 4. Designate the circuit number on the electrical plans, that corresponds to the panel schedule, at the location of each existing, new or modified light fixture, receptacle, and equipment disconnect switch, NEC arts;300 and 408.4.
