This site is located in the C-2 zone (Unified Development Code (UDC) Article 4.7.21). Funeral Service is an allowed use subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.13.P.

Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. Comment: Site Zoning has reviewed the plans for compliance with Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-0825-00230 and although the plans appear to match, until the DP is approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve this permit.
2. Comment: Ensure the building heights match what is proposed on the DP as both the commercial building permit and the DP need to be consistent.
3. Comment: Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on responses to zoning review comments and plans submitted.
