This site is located in the I-1 zone (UDC 4.7.29). Commercial Storage is an allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-7), subject to a Use Specific Standards 4.9.10.A and 4.9.13.Q. 1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with TD-DEV-1124-00320 and although the plans appear to match until the DP is approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve this building permit.
