This site is located in the I-1 zone (UDC 4.7.29). Commercial Storage is an allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-7), subject to a Use Specific Standards 4.9.10.A and 4.9.13.Q. 1. Based on approved Development Package DP19-0114, approved July18, 2019, there is vehicle parking located west of the building 2711 where the proposed loading docks are shown. A development package (DP) meeting the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites is required to be submitted and approved for the proposed changes. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans.
