(a) Provide a complete luminaire schedule.

(b) Full compliance with sections 104.2.1(1), (2), (3).

4 Provide calculations for total lumens allowed and total lumens proposed per acre for Full Cut Off and Unshielded per table 401.1.Must include existing to remain lighting.

5 Indicate whether or not a special inspection is required per sec. 104.2.2, and 106.2.

6 Specify any exceptions used.

7 Provide Curfew lighting controls If applicable Per section 403.
8 Show the 'LED Band lighting' in the lighting plan and include in the lumen calculations. See plan sheet 'A6' detail A.

11/06/2024 Commercial Plumbing REQUIRES RESUBMIT Provide roof drainage and scupper size calculations based on the 100-year hourly rainfall rate for Tucson, 3” per hour. Reference: Sections 1101.7, 1106, and 1108, IPC 2018.
11/01/2024 Commercial Structural REQUIRES RESUBMIT Please submit your revised documents and provide a letter with a written response letter addressing each of the comments indicating how the Building Review comments were resolved. Additionally, please submit complete copies of all permit documents (i.e. plans, calculations, reports, etc.) even if they have not been changed.
1. Structural Calculations: Please amend calculations to remove Page 5 of the structural Calculations for Project: Dairy Queen Cave Creek and replace the page for Dairy Queen Tucson. IBC 107.2.1 Additionally, Tucson is spelled incorrectly throughout the Calculations as Tuscon.
2. Please amend plans to show code compliant exterior accessible route from the parking lot to the walk-up windows. IBC 1104.1

7. Please amend the Special Inspections area to list the required special inspections.
