1. GENERAL - UPDATES: For project updates, please submit sheets with all changes clearly marked in revision clouds. Please provide a written response to each comment; updates without a clear response to all comments may not be reviewed. If you have any questions regarding the comments, you may contact me directly. Updates may result in additional comments.

2. GENERAL - SPECIAL INSPECTIONS: Please have the Registered Design Professional in Responsible Charge of this project complete and return the City of Tucson Special Inspections Certificate with signatures. The form can be
downloaded at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/city-services/planning-developmentservices/documents/special_inspection_certificate.pdf

3. S0.0 - DESIGN ASSUMPTIONS: The following structural design information shall be included in the construction documents per 2018 IBC Section 1603. Please include the following items in the structural general notes.

i. Roof live load (independent of snow load)

ii. Wind design data: Design wind pressures for exterior component and cladding materials expressed in psf

iii. List of deferred submittals

4. S2.00/S4.00 - Please confirm the maximum weight of the new overhead fans. Callouts on Roof Plan S2.00 call out a maximum weight of 250 lb, and instruct the contractor to "alert the structural engineer if load is greater. See Detail 9/S4.00". However, Detail 9/S4.00 calls out a maximum weight of 300 lb. Please revise either the Roof Plan or detail to remove the contradiction.

5. S3.00 - FOUNDATION DETAILS: Please provide the following information along with the typical foundation details on Sheet S3.00. In Detail 3/S3.00, please specify the size and length of the opening trim bars surrounding the drain opening. In Detail 6B/S3.00, please specify the size and spacing of the reinforcement in the new slab on grade. Finally, in Detail 10/S3.00, no anchor bolts are called out at the base of the proposed HSS column. Please confirm that this is the design intent, and the columns will be anchored to the tilt-up walls only.

in the warehouse. Please revise all affected sheets. (2018 IBC sections 107, 306)

2) General: Provide the accessible route. The door to the break room does not have the minimum 18" maneuvering clearance distance on the latch side of the door. Please revise all affected sheets. (2009 ICC A117.1 section 404.2.3.5)

3) General: Include the compliance details or COMcheck for the lighting and mechanical installations. (2018 IECC sections C403, C405)

4) Sheet G0.1: The conference room is an area of assembly (table and chairs). Please revise all affected sheets and calculations. (2018 IBC Table 1004.5)

5) Sheets A5.0 and A6.0: Show the energy code compliance for the walls and doors. The wall details only show continuous insulation of the top section of the wall. The COMcheck only includes continuous insulation. Include the U-Factor of the doors
showing compliance with the 2018 IECC section C402.

E2.2 ENLARGED POWER PLAN: Could not locate keynotes 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12.

E4.0 ELECTRICAL ONE-LINE DIAGRAM:
If the site needs a backup generator because power is not reliable, the generator also needs to provide power for the fire pump. The generator only needs to start the fire pump under normal starting conditions and not sized to provide LRA currents.

Disconnects SDEN1 and SDEN2 need to be located next to each other and next to SDEN MDF or have a placard explaining that SDEN has two power sources per NEC 110.22
