As you are proposing building or structures additions to a non-residential (commercial) site, a site plan (development package) is required. There is currently an active development package (DP20-0144) affiliated with the site. Either a revision to DP20-0144 is required, or all outstanding inspections for DP20-0144 shall be completed to allow for the submittal of a new development package that meets the Checklist for Minor Development Changes to Existing Commercial/Industrial Sites is required per UDC 3.3.3.G.2.c: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/permits/minor_changes_to_commercial_industrial_sites_.pdf. The development package is a separate submittal and shall be applied for through the Tucson Development Center Online under application type “Development Package.” Zoning cannot approve TC-COM-1023-02349 until all reviewers have approved the associated development package.
