Comment: Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with related Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-0725-00181 (currently in a revision process). Zoning cannot approve this building permit application until all review agencies have approved the DP. 2. Comment: DP TD-DEV-0725-00181 is currently in revision changing building 4 footprint. The building footprint is not consistent with the DP revision changes. The listed building 4 footprint does not match what is listed in the DP revision. Correct building 4 information to be consistent with the revised DP. 3. Additional comments may be forthcoming based on the proposed use.
