10/08/2025 Site Engineering Standard REQUIRES RESUBMIT Permit: TC-COM-0925-01779
Location: 10000 E OLD VAIL RD
Review Date: 10/8/2025
Site Engineering Comments:
1. It appears the downspout and sidewalk scuppers shown on both the roof plan sheet 7 and sheet 9 do not match with what was approved through development package TD-DEV-0725-00181. You will find that the DP provides keynotes 42 & 43 on sheet 5 delineated on the West side of the structure rather than the east. This will require either a revision to the development package or a revision to the building plans. Revise accordingly.
