This is a commercial project, requiring all documents to be prepared, sealed, signed, and dated by a registered design professional. Provide complete Building Plans s, design, and calculations, sealed by an Arizona Registrant. All plans must be sealed and signed by an Architect or Engineer registered in the State of Arizona. Note. Theterm ‘building plans’ may refer to structural, electrical, plumbing, or any other trade regulated by the associated suite of codes adopted by the City of Tucson3. Electrical demo plans. 4. Provide plans and calculations, to include but not be limited to; dimensioned elevations, construction details, framing and roof framing plans, foundation plans, and other drawings as necessary for the canopy and foundations as well as any other foundations and structures not indicated on the plans. Additional comments may be forthcoming with the receipt of a complete plan set. 5. Provide a panel schedules, showing the circuits that are being modified, added or removed or existing. NEC arts;300 and 408.4. Include panel bus rating and A.I.C. rating. IBC 107.1. 8. Designate the circuit number on the electrical plans, that corresponds to the panel schedule, at the location of each existing, new or modified light fixture, receptacle, and equipment disconnect switch, NEC arts;300 and 408.4. IBC 107.1. 9. Provide Fault Current Analysis and show new equipment AIC rating sufficient to withstand the calculated Fault Current. Provide Available Fault Current calculations from TEP transformers to all new equipment, 2017 NEC 110.24. 10. Show new Panel’s and other new equipment with AIC ratings greater than or equal to the Available Fault Currents calculated, 2017 NEC 110.10. Outdoor Lighting Review: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/building-code/2012_outdoor_lighting_code_.pdf 1. If any modifications, alterations, additions to the outdoor lighting are being made, Provide an outdoor site lighting plan that meets the requirements of OLC 104.2. Show/locate the different light sources on your site plan. Number the light fixtures on your lighting fixture table and use the same number on your site plan. This site is located in PAD-15 (Bridges PAD). 1. Comment: The plans provided appear to show modifications being made to the parking layout which was previously approved in Development Package (TD-DEV-0424-00140). As such, a revision to TD-DEV-0424-00140 will be required. Site Zoning is unable to approve this permit until the DP revision has been approved by all reviewers. 2. Comment: Additional comments may be forthcoming based on responses to zoning comments and plans submitted.
