COMMENTS: Resubmit corrected drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. This site is located in the I-2 Zone. 1. Comment: Zoning has reviewed the construction of the new commercial building plans for compliance with Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-0325-00075 and all though the plans appear to match until the DP is approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve this permit. 2. Comment: Development Package (TD-DEV-0325-00075) general note 3 indicates this project is subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.13.Q.5. This use specific standard is applicable to the Transportation Service: Airport Authority use. The second plan set uploaded for review two of DP TD-DEV-0325-00075 indicates the use is now Industrial – Research & Product Development. This USE has a Use Specific Standard of 4.9.13.Q and must comply. Correct general note 3 in DP TD-DEV-0325-00075. 3.
