A Development Package (DP) meeting the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites is required to be submitted and approved. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans. This site is located in the R-3 zone (UDC 4.7.12). Multifamily Development is a permitted use subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.7.B.6.

1. Comment: The proposed pedestal mounted EV charging stations cannot be located within the minimum required pedestrian access pathway. Please clearly demonstrate on your plans that the new EV pedestal will not obstruct the pedestrian path. Per UDC Technical Standards Section 7-01.4, a minimum 4’ wide pedestrian sidewalk is required. A development package may be required depending on the dimensions provided.
2. Comment: Additional comments may be forthcoming based on responses to zoning comments and plans submitted.
