SHEET S1.3 - MISSING DIMENSIONS: Revisions to the knife wall on Foundation Plan S2.0, Gridline B have made it necessary to introduce a new cast-in-place concrete beam and pilaster to support the double wythe CMU wall between Gridlines 4 and 5. Details for this beam and pilaster are included on Sheet S1.3. However, the details do not appear to include dimensions showing the overall beam depth or plan dimensions for the proposed pilaster. Please revise Details 11 & 17/S1.3 to include dimensions for all structural elements. 2. SHEET S2.0 - NEW STEEL ELEMENTS: Revisions to the east and west entryways on Foundation and Main Roof Framing Plans have introduced new spread footings, steel columns and beams that are not identified on plan. A callout refers to Sheet S4.2 for an enlarged plan of the west entry, however, Sheet S4.2 was not submitted as part of the revised construction documents. Please confirm where information on the eight new columns, beams and footings have been provided and revise the plan callout if Sheet S4.2 is no longer part of this set. 3. SHEET S4.0 - CONFIRM DESIGN: Revisions to Details 3 & 5 on Sheet S4.0 have changed the way a steel ledger supporting metal deck is fastened to the CMU wall. Where previously, anchor bolts were installed at 2'-0" oc. along the length of the ledger, the revised details show embed plates to be installed within 8" of the end of each ledger. No intermediate spacing has been indicated. Please confirm that the design intent is for the ledger to be supported at either end and has been designed to span between these points for the full length of the wall.
