Benson Hy. – I-1/I-2 Automotive Washing - Self Service (2nd Review) TRANSMITTAL: January 16, 2024 Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. This site is located in PAD-21 (UDC 4.7.24), Car Wash, Self-Service is a permitted use in the zone PAD. 1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with Development Package (DP), TD-DEV-0923-00401, and although it appears that the building plans are in general compliance with the DP the following comment(s) will need to be addressed. Zoning cannot approve the building plans until the DP is approved by all review agencies. 2. The overall site plan, sheet A1.0, submitted in the building plan does not match the submitted, i.e., a. Sidewalk configuration shown along the north side of the building is not the same. b. There is bicycle parking shown near the south end of the building shown but there is none shown on the DP and none required by the UDC. 3. The DP sheets provided in the building plan either need to be the stamped approved plans, marked for reference only or removed for the building plans, The Utility plans is excluded from this requirement.
