REVIEW COMMENT 1/ REVIEW 1: As the proposed gates are not shown on the tentative plat, S10-027, or the grading plan, DP21-0163, a revision to the tentative plat will need to be submitted and approved. To further clarify this previous review comment, the missing gate vehicular and pedestrian gates revision needs to be addressed on DP21-0163 specifically as opposed to TD-DEV-0925-00237. A separate email will be sent to the applicant instructing them to withdrawal TD-DEV-0925-00237, who to contact, and how to go about doing that. 2. COMMENT: Refer to site engineering comments regarding the fact that once DP21-0163 is revised (per above comment), it will need to be reviewed and approved prior to this permit being approved from zoning. 3. COMMENT: Additional comments may be forthcoming on the next review based on responses to Zoning and other the PDSD reviewer comments. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: 1.
